Description
Ragzon Injection is a combination antibiotic product consisting of cefoperazone, a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic, and sulbactam, a beta-lactamase inhibitor.

Indications
Ragzon Injection is indicated for the treatment of various infections, including:

1. Urinary tract infections: caused by Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and other Gram-negative bacteria
2. Skin and skin structure infections: caused by Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, and other Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria
3. Intra-abdominal infections: caused by Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and other Gram-negative bacteria
4. Respiratory tract infections: caused by Haemophilus influenzae, Moraxella catarrhalis, and other Gram-negative bacteria

Dosage and Administration
The recommended dosage of Ragzon Injection varies depending on the infection type and severity:

1. Adults: 1-2 grams IV every 12 hours
2. Pediatrics: 50-100 mg/kg IV every 12 hours (max 2 grams/dose)

Contraindications
Cefoperazone Sulbactam Injection is contraindicated in patients with:

1. Hypersensitivity: to cefoperazone, sulbactam, or other cephalosporins
2. Severe renal impairment: creatinine clearance < 10 mL/min

Warnings and Precautions
1. Hypersensitivity reactions: monitor for signs of anaphylaxis
2. Clostridioides difficile-associated diarrhea: monitor for diarrhea and colitis
3. Renal impairment: dose adjustment may be necessary
4. Hepatic impairment: monitor liver functions

Storage and Handling
1. Store: at room temperature (20-25°C/68-77°F)
2. Protect: from light and moisture
3. Use: within 24 hours of reconstitution
