Description
Fluconazole Capsule Leucon 150mg is an antifungal medication used to treat various fungal infections.

Indications
1. Vaginal candidiasis: Treatment of vaginal candidiasis.
2. Oropharyngeal and esophageal candidiasis: Treatment of oropharyngeal and esophageal candidiasis.
3. Cryptococcal meningitis: Treatment of cryptococcal meningitis.

Dosage and Administration
1. Vaginal candidiasis: Single 150mg oral dose.
2. Oropharyngeal and esophageal candidiasis: 200mg on the first day, followed by 100mg once daily.

Contraindications
1. Hypersensitivity: Known hypersensitivity to fluconazole or other azole antifungal agents.
2. Pregnancy and lactation: Use with caution during pregnancy and lactation.

Warnings and Precautions
1. Hepatic effects: Use with caution in patients with liver dysfunction.
2. Cardiac effects: Can prolong the QT interval; use with caution in patients with cardiac conditions.
3. Allergic reactions: Monitor for signs of anaphylaxis.

Adverse Reactions
