  SAZIRIN is used to treat acidity and ulcers. It contains Vonoprazan, which is a Potassium Competitive Acid Blocker. It works by inhibiting the binding of Potassium ions to the proton pumps, thereby reducing gastric acid production and providing relief.

  This medication is used to treat:

  • Gastric ulcer
  • Duodenal ulcer
  • Reflux esophagitis
  • Preventing gastric or duodenal ulcer recurrence during low-dose aspirin and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) administration

• Dosage

  Follow these dosage instructions or as prescribed by your doctor:

  • Gastric & Duedonal Ulcer

  20mg daily administered orally for 8 weeks in case of gastric ulcer and 6 weeks for duodenal ulcer.

  • Reflux esophagitis

  20mg daily administered orally for 4 weeks

  • Prevention of the Recurrence of Ulcer

  10mg daily administered orally.
